Today marks the start of a crucial weekend of Davis Cup Finals Group Stage action, with some nations in with a chance of sealing their places in the Final 8 in Malaga – where they will compete to become world champions.

Italy get set to take on Chile in Bologna (Group A) at 15:00 CET. A win for Chile today sends them to Malaga in November, while Italy will retain a chance of reaching the Final 8 if they are triumphant.

Great Britain face Switzerland in Manchester (Group B) at 13:00 BST and will bid to continue their excellent start to the Finals, having battled to win against Australia on Wednesday.

Serbia meet Spain in Valencia (Group C) at 15:00 CET, where a victory for Serbia can secure their progress to the Final 8, and who better to help them achieve that goal than 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic?

And in Split (Group D), hosts Croatia take on Finland at 15:00 CET. There is a lot riding on this match-up – victory is essential to give either team a realistic chance of progressing to the Final 8 over the weekend.
